In Spring, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Took my 1990 Bronco in to make sure the engine was good(it had no leaks). Engine started and ran so the mechanic said it looks good and I proceeded to spend money on lift and tires. A month later the engine lost oil pressure. One thing after another. Next thing I know I spent 12k and the engine pours oil and smokes, so they need another 5k to finish it. I can only assume the lady at the front desk is an owner by her sense of entitlement but she does not know how to treat customers. When I picked up my bronco to take it to another shop they tried to force me to take the old wheels and tires too(flat and broken) knowing there was no room on the trailer and not a spare strap. 12k isn't enough money to dispose of old tires. Absolute Rip Off! Classic scam shop and full of high-end cars because they dont notice they are being ripped off. Also I have text messages from the mechanic saying the "bosslady" won't let him work on my truck after it was sitting for 2 months, and then she lies to my face blaming him. She said she told him to take it back and he didnt. Save time and money by going literally anywhere else. Save your fake reply, you had $12,000 and 3 months to earn my trust. I think

Hands down clean shop, courteous, professional staff, beyond standard in appearance, nice experience, with that being said ,to speak from my opinion semi factoral, and honesty,I felt the price was a little spiked for charges performed and under the conditions the vehicle was in taken into consideration.and being 100 miles away from home broken down, but with best hopes fingers crossed the part installed will work for the entirety of the vehicles life, and will not be an issue ever again. Great experience, rewarding service , high price. Thanks for the speedy repair guys. Id recommend to a friend.

After several days of driving post-service, I noticed the repairs actually hold up well. There’s no return of old issues or new unexpected problems. The car feels stable, smoother, and more reliable overall, which shows they focus on proper fixes rather than temporary solutions.

The technicians are thorough, honest and always take time to explain what needs to be done to keep my vehicles safe on the road. I truly trust their work and appreciate their commitment to doing the job right. If you care about driving a safe well maintained vehicle, this is the place to go. Oh did I mention that their prices are very competitive? You get top notch service without overpaying. Thank you Ross!

I had heard many great things about Town Center Automotive and needed to get some work done. I decided to try them due to a light coming on with my 2016 BMW. This place was amazing. Not only did they replace my wheel sensor, They also caught a potential problem with my battery BEFORE it became a bigger issue. I was looking for a higher end shop with integrity and believe I have found it. Thank you.....
